Your challenge

Your first challenge will be to contribute in the creation of our platform from zero to one, creating beautiful software experiences with modern tools, and care deeply about creating the best possible products. We are currently a small team and you will be one of the first hires.

You will work closely with our CTO and Engineering Team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and provision infrastructure to support the platform services in different environments.
  
• Monitor, measure, and improve services and processes.
  
• Work with modern technologies on scalable, reliable systems that people use 24/7.
  
• Create self-provisioning infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, and Docker.
  
• Understand (CI/CD) Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment methodology and experience on managing and utilizing.
  
• Organize and automate all repeatable works effort
  
• Keep systems up to date.
  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of industry software development experience
  
• Expert-level skill in at least one programming language and familiarity with others
  
• Intermediate to advance hands-on experience working in any UNIX CLI derivatives environments (Any Linux Distro).
  
• Basic to intermediate experience reading and programming scripting language such as batch/shell and python to automate tasks.
  
• Experience deploying solutions in AWS: EC2, S3, ECS, CloudFormation, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CloudFront, ALB, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS.
  
• Basic to intermediate hands-on experience deploying and maintaining servers in data centers as long as understanding the basic concepts.
  
• Work with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
  
• Hands-on experience with system and application metric collection and alerting services like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or others.
  
• Expertise understanding and deploying HA (High Availability) and Disaster Recovery (DR) services neither locally or in the cloud.

Bonus:

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Kong/Nginx, Jenkins (CI/CD), ELK, RabbitMq, Vault, Terraform, Pulumi.
