Our Culture
We are a remote-first company. This means that while we do have an office, most of the work is done independently, wherever you decide you are more productive.

Team Building budget by country! 🌎
There are ambassadors in each country where we work. That person manages a budget to go out and have a dinner or do some entertaining activity in their respective country on a bi-monthly basis.
We also love to get together! ✈️🌎
A few times a year we organize our loved Summits! 😍 where we all get together somewhere in Mexico for around 1 week. Everything is covered by Draftea (plane or bus ticket depending on where do you live), housing and food. We also use this opportunity to do fun things, and work closely with each one of our Draftees.
